FREE Consultations:
All clients or potential clients are offered FREE initial consultation! Consultations allow us to assess where your goals and determine if we are equipped to assist you in achieving the results you desire. Body Composition/Fitness Assessments
Body Composition assessment is offered as part of our Personal Training packages. Assessments are completed in eight week intervals to determine body fat to lean tissue ratios.- Fitness Assessments are also offered to determine baseline fitness and improvements over specific periods of time. Fitness Assessments include a one minute pushup test, a one minute situp test, flexibility assessment, and a one mile run.
Performance Training:
Sport or event specific training programs designed for athletes to enhance athletic performance.
- Race Training ~ 5K, 10K, 15K, Half Marathon, Training programs.
- Personal Training ~ Individualized training focused on assisting individuals develop strength and flexibility.
Group Fitness Training:
Programs designed for the general public that increase individual fitness levels and maximize fat loss.
