Circuit Training

TFW uses high-intensity aerobic movements combined with resistance training designed for maximum fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. Each “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. TFW Circuit Training is designed for all levels of participation fro beginner to advanced athletes!

$125.00 for four weeks of forty five minute sessions per week!

That’s 8 full hours of Circuit Training you get each month!

When you get a friend to sign up for four weeks, we will take $10.00 off your monthly Circuit Training fee!

There is no limit on how many new members you get signed up!

Your account will be credited an additional $10.00 for every three new members in one month!
